Eden City Cyprus

The Eden City Cyprus project will be the largest tourism development in the Mediterranean covering 220 hectares of land and around 1.5 million square meters of built-up area near Paphos, in southeast Cyprus. The project will be developed over a 20 years period comprising several interconnected phases.

Eden City project is a 200-hectare development incorporating. a luxury residential community (Divina Island), a seaside complex for spa and health tourism (the Peninsula), and a district dedicated to arts, business, and education (Garden of Eden).

The masterplan prepared is market-driven and aimed at long-term destination building and value creation in each phase. The mixed-use development concept incorporates three distinct key resort areas:

  • The Peninsula Resort: a seaside complex for spa and health tourism with a five-star Marriott Hotel and further apartment towers.
  • Divina Island: a 110-hectare luxury residential community on the first man-made island in the Mediterranean including five resorts, marina urbanization and high-end villas and palaces with their own beachfront;
  • Garden of Eden: a district dedicated to education (having a university campus), cultural, business and conference facilities as well as sport and football complexes offering various accommodation options, as for instance the BFA Towers.
