We designed a premium residential house on a plot with a breathtaking panorama located in Remetehegy at III. district. Despite the unfavorable features of the relatively narrow plot, which is constantly narrowing towards the mountain, we placed the building on the steep terrain in a way, which ensures that the users of the upstairs livingroom could enjoy the view of Budapest to the maximum. The mountainside end of the residential level was formed by utilizing the features of the existing terrain. At the same time, we designed a sub-ground structure by running the tidy terrain onto the building. The architectural concept of the building was largely determined by the important role of illuminating pits and small indoor-open atriums. From the south side garden, we have created by landscaping an area that can also be used as a terrace, which serves as a direct garden connection.
